KELOWNA, BC, Aug. 16, 2023 /CNW/ - Cantex Mine Development Corp. (TSXV: CD) (OTCQB: CTXDF) (the "Company") would like to announce that it is continuing with its previously announced private placement.  An additional extension has been received and the final closing will be on or before September 17, 2023.
