CLIQ Digital issues guidance for the 2025 financial year

Düsseldorf, 12 February 2025 – The Management Board of CLIQ Digital AG (the "Company" or "CLIQ Digital") (ISIN: DE000A35JS40) today adopted the guidance for the 2025 financial year based on the preliminary results for the 2024 financial year published on 30 January 2025.

Consolidated revenue of between €180 and 220 million is expected for the full year 2025 (last guidance by the Company: €325 million). EBITDA is expected to be between €10 and 15 million (preliminary EBITDA in the 2024 financial year: €21 million (before special items) and €10 million (reported)). Total customer acquisition costs for the 2025 financial year are forecast at around €50 to 75 million (preliminary in the 2024 financial year: €75 million).

The previously communicated medium-term goal of achieving a run rate in the fourth quarter of 2026 that will enable annual revenue of more than €400 million in the future is not being maintained.

CLIQ Digital will publish its financial results for the 2024 financial year as planned on 20 February 2025.
