Increase in sales and earnings forecast for 2025

Feldkirchen near Munich, 17 June 2025 - (ISIN DE000A0LR936) - Based on current business figures, the Management Board of STEICO SE today updated the STEICO Group's sales and earnings forecast for the full year 2025.

Sales are now expected to be around 3% to 6% higher than in the previous year (previously: plus 3%); this would correspond to sales of around € 388 million to € 399 million.

EBIT is now expected to be around € 29 million to € 35 million is expected (previously € 27 million to € 35 million).

Demand for STEICO products is developing positively despite the tense situation in the construction industry. Nevertheless, there are still uncertainties regarding developments in the second half of the year and the market remains in over capacity with tough competition. For this reason, the expectations for EBIT development have not been increased to the same extent as the revenue forecast.

The management believes that STEICO is very well positioned in a future market and sees the current upturn in demand as a positive sign that the long-term growth course can be continued.
