CEO change at Symrise AG: Dr Heinz-Jürgen Bertram hands over to Dr Jean-Yves Parisot

Dr Jean-Yves Parisot will become CEO of Symrise AG, effective end of 31 March 2024. This has been decided by the company's Supervisory Board in its meeting today. The Supervisory Board has also renewed the contract of Dr Jean-Yves Parisot for another four years until the end of September 2028.
Dr Jean-Yves Parisot has been a member of the Executive Board of Symrise AG since 2016, being responsible for the Taste, Nutrition & Health segment. He takes over as CEO from Dr Heinz-Jürgen Bertram, whose contract originally would have expired by end of October 2025 and who is now retiring in the best mutual consent and agreement. He will continue to work closely with Dr Jean-Yves Parisot to ensure a smooth handover.
