He brings extensive expertise in philanthropy, social impact, and private equity, alongside a strong professional network. His career includes roles at McKinsey, the World Bank, and the Bertelsmann Foundation. In 2010, he founded the non-profit think-and-do tank PHINEO, whose advisory board is supported by high-profile personalities. Dr. Rickert holds a degree in molecular biology, which he completed in part at the prestigious Stanford University in the United States.
