First Horizon Announces the Retirement of Director Rosa Sugrañes

MEMPHIS, Tenn., Feb. 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- First Horizon Corporation (NYSE: FHN or "First Horizon") announced today the retirement of Rosa Sugrañes, 67, from the First Horizon Corporation Board of Directors and First Horizon Bank Board of Directors, effective at the end of her current term. Sugrañes became a director of First Horizon in 2020 upon the closing of the merger of equals with IBERIABANK Corporation, having served as a director of IBERIABANK Corporation since 2017. Prior to that time, she served as a director of Sabadell United Bank in Miami, Florida, from 2006 to 2017.

Sugrañes was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Iberia Tiles, a ceramic tile distributor headquartered in Miami, from 1980 until 2012 when the company was sold.
