Keyera Announces Second Quarter 2024 Dividend

CALGARY, AB, May 13, 2024 /CNW/ - Keyera Corp. (TSX: KEY) ("Keyera") announced today a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per common share for the second quarter of 2024. The dividend will be payable on June 28, 2024, to shareholders of record on June 14, 2024. The ex-dividend date is June 13, 2024. This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada). For non-resident shareholders, Keyera's dividends are subject to Canadian withholding tax.
