NexPoint Diversified Real Estate Trust Announces Record Date and Date of 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

DALLAS, March 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- NexPoint Diversified Real Estate Trust (NYSE: NXDT) ("NXDT") announced today that the record date for determining shareholders entitled to vote at the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Annual Meeting") will be Monday, March 31, 2025. The Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, beginning at 10:30 a.m. Central Time. The Annual Meeting will be held exclusively through a virtual format. Shareholders will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person, however shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2025, will be able to vote and ask questions during the Annual Meeting through the online platform.
