Norfolk Southern Declares Quarterly Dividend

ATLANTA, July 23, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Norfolk Southern Corporation (NYSE: NSC) announced Tuesday a quarterly dividend of $1.35 per share on its common stock.

The dividend is payable August 20, 2024, to shareholders of record on August 2, 2024.

The company has paid a dividend on its common stock for 168 consecutive quarters since its formation in 1982.
