S&P Dow Jones Indices Announces Changes to the S&P/TSX Composite Index

TORONTO, Nov. 13, 2024 /CNW/ - The shareholders of Nuvei Corporation (TSX: NVEI) have agreed to the terms of a Plan of Arrangement resulting in the acquisition by Advent International. Each share of Nuvei will receive USD$34.00 cash consideration. Nuvei shares will be removed from the S&P/TSX Composite Index prior to the open of trading on Monday, November 18, 2024.
