Humana’s Medicare Advantage members in Alabama now have in-network access to the following UAB and UAB-affiliated facilities:

• UAB Hospital
• UAB Hospital-Highlands
• UAB Callahan Eye Hospital & Clinics
• UAB Medical West
• UAB Medicine Outpatient Clinics
