The sub-fund aims to provide long-term total return by investing in a portfolio of equities, while promoting ESG characteristics within the meaning of Article 8 of SFDR. The sub-fund aims to do this with a focus on investments that have a clear and measurable path to climate transition, as well as a lower carbon intensity, (calculated as a weighted average of the carbon intensities of the sub-fund’s investments, relative to the weighted average of the constituents of the MSCI World (the “Reference Benchmark”)). The sub-fund invests in normal market conditions a minimum of 80% of its net assets in equities and equity-equivalent securities of companies which are domiciled in, based in, carry out the larger part of their business activities in, or are listed on a Regulated Market in developed markets.
