AEVIS VICTORIA SA (AEVS.SW) – Strong growth in revenue and consolidated results in the first half of 2025

AEVIS VICTORIA SA (AEVIS) reported a consolidated gross revenue of CHF 621.3 million as at 30 June 2025 (HY2024: CHF 527.6m), up 17.7% compared to 2024. Consolidated net revenue amounted to CHF 546.0 million (HY2024: CHF 463.1m), an increase of 17.9%, with an organic growth of +2.9%. These results were driven by AEVIS's two main activities: MRH Switzerland for hospitality and Swiss Medical Network for healthcare.

The real estate business also developed positively across the various segments, with the sale of non-operating assets contributing significantly to the generation of a free cash flow of more than CHF 100 million for the group (HY2024: CHF -32.6 million), enabling a substantial reduction in debt.

The investment company, which will publish its Half-Year Report on 18 September 2025, anticipates an EBITDAR between CHF 103 and 105 million and an EBITDA between CHF 56 and 57 million for the period. Consolidated net result is expected to be positive.
