Alexander & Baldwin Announces Third Quarter 2025 Dividend

HONOLULU, July 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (NYSE: ALEX) ("A&B" or "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors approved a third quarter 2025 dividend of $0.225 (twenty-two and ½ cents) per share. The dividend is payable on October 7, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 12, 2025.
