On 14 November 2023 the Bank of Lithuania approved the renewed base prospectus hereinafter, the "Prospectus”, please see the attached documents) of EUR 250,000,000 Euro Medium Term Programme (hereinafter, the "Programme”) of AB Šiauliu bankas (hereinafter, the "Bank”) regarding introduction of notes issued under the Programme (hereinafter, the "Notes”) to trading on debt list of the regulated market of AB Nasdaq Vilnius.
