ACCENTRO Real Estate AG announces postponement of publication of annual and consolidated financial statements for 2023 and 2024

Berlin, 31 March 2025 – ACCENTRO announces that according to the information provided by the auditors today the annual and consolidated financial statements for 2024 and 2023 cannot be published by 30 April 2025 as originally planned. The completion of the audits by 30 April 2025 is no longer feasible, since the respective auditors have to assess the ability to continue as a going concern, which in general is subject to the audit, based on the agreement in principle reached last week on a comprehensive restructuring solution.

As soon as possible, the Management Board of ACCENTRO will announce a new date for the publication of the annual and consolidated financial statements 2023 and 2024 and will also provide information on when an Annual General Meeting will be held.
