AMAG Austria Metall AG: Premature departure of the CEO of AMAG Austria Metall AG

The Chairman of the Management Board of AMAG Austria Metall AG, Gerald Mayer, is resigning from his position as CEO of AMAG Austria Metall AG with effect from the end of December 31, 2023, in order to pursue a new professional challenge. The Supervisory Board of AMAG Austria Metall AG notes this personal decision with great regret and has approved the mutually agreed termination of the contract at the end of 2023. The Supervisory Board will decide on the future appointment to the Management Board of AMAG Austria Metall AG in the coming months."
