Branicks Group AG: Bundling of business with institutional investors at VIB Vermögen AG, settlement of the loan due

Frankfurt, 07. 07. 2025 - Branicks Group AG (‘Branicks’), ISIN: DE000A1X3XX4, bundles the Group's business with institutional investors (Institutional Business) within the Group at VIB Vermögen AG (VIB). The transfer of the business from Branicks Group AG to the fully consolidated VIB Vermögen AG, which was agreed today with VIB Vermögen AG, is intended to reduce the complexity of the shareholder structure within the Group. The volume of the transfer is around EUR 360 million.

There are no changes to the commercial portfolio of Branicks Group AG.

The closing of the transaction is still subject to the usual, purely formal closing conditions. Branicks and VIB have agreed that upon completion of the transfer, all claims of VIB Vermögen AG against Branicks Group AG arising from the loan granted by VIB Vermögen AG to Branicks Group AG on 7 July 2023 in the amount of around EUR 300 million will be offset.
