flatexDEGIRO CEO, Frank Niehage, to leave the management board of the company by mutual agreement as of 30 April 2024 Today, the CEO of flatexDEGIRO AG („Company“), Frank Niehage, has informed the Chairman of the Supervisory Board that he wishes to leave the Company before the end of his term and at his own request. By mutual agreement with the Supervisory Board, he will therefore leave the Management Board of the Company on 30 April 2024. The Supervisory Board thanks him for the successful time together.
