LIBERO football finance AG (ISIN: DE000A161N22) announces that Mr. Matthew Hoffer and Mr. Peter Francis Kenyon have resigned as members of the Supervisory Board with immediate effect.

The Supervisory Board of LIBERO Football Finance AG presently lacks the requisite number of members to establish a quorum. Consequently, the Executive Board will expeditiously commence the court appointment proceedings in accordance with Section 104 AktG (German Stock Corporation Act) to reinstate the quorum and will propose new, suitable candidates for the Supervisory Board to the court.
