LM PAY S.A. (the “Company”) announces that its majority shareholder, Medical Finance Group S.A., purchased a total of 2,702 shares of LM PAY S.A. on November 6, 2025.

As a result of this transaction, Medical Finance Group S.A. increased its shareholding in LM PAY S.A. to 67.86% of the Company’s share capital.

The total number of outstanding shares of LM PAY S.A. remains 634,347 and has not changed as a result of this transaction.
