EQS-Adhoc: Softing AG Revises Full-Year Guidance

The Executive Board of Softing AG originally expected to achieve for the year 2025 a sales volume of EUR 90 - 95 million with an operating EBIT between EUR 3 and EUR 3,5 million with an EBIT of EUR 0,5 to 1 million.

While July 2025 still pointed to a strong performance in the second half of the year with very strong sales and earnings as well as a good order intake, the figures for both August and Septemberfell short of expectations.

Therefore, it is uncertain whether the original targets can be achieved in the remaining months of the current year. Weighing up the opportunities and risks, the Executive Board has therefore decided to revise its forecast.

The Management Board now expects revenues of between EUR 85 and 90 million, an operating EBIT between EUR -0,5 and EUR +0,5 million with an EBIT between EUR -1,5 and -0,5 million.
