Allane SE relocates company headquarters to the Business Campus Garching

Garching, July 4, 2025 – The Allane Mobility Group, specialist for vehicle leasing and full-service solutions in Germany, is relocating its headquarters to the Business Campus Garching near Munich. The new location offers modern working conditions and meets key requirements in terms of sustainability and digital infrastructure. With the move, the Allane Mobility Group is completely vacating its previous premises in Pullach.

The buildings of the Business Campus Garching are heated and cooled geothermally, supplemented by photovoltaic systems and green electricity. Rainwater harvesting, water-saving systems and resource-conserving building management form the basis for sustainable operation. The campus is based on established standards for energy efficiency and environmental compatibility.

For employees, the site offers a direct connection to the subway as well as a wide range of mobility options such as car and ride sharing, bike rental stations, e-charging stations and digitally controlled parking space management. In addition, the office buildings are certified with WiredScore Gold – an internationally recognized standard for digital infrastructure and connectivity. The site environment is complemented by a daycare center, catering facilities and fitness facilities.

The relocation of the company headquarters also serves the organizational realignment as part of the FAST LANE 27 corporate strategy, with which Allane is further promoting digitalization, efficiency and sustainable processes.
