Warsaw, August 27^th 2025 - LM PAY S.A. (ISIN: PLLMPAY00016), a pioneering technology-driven FinTech delivering embedded finance solutions across healthcare, beauty, and insurance sectors in Poland, today published its preliminary results for the first half of 2025, highlighting continued stable business growth.

Financial and Operational Highlights for H1 2025 (Preliminary, unaudited):

• Revenue: PLN 14.66 million (approximately EUR 3.46 million), a 31% increase compared to PLN 11.17 million in H1 2024.
• EBIT (operating profit): PLN 4.43 million (approximately EUR 1.04 million), up 44% from PLN 3.07 million in H1 2024.
• Customer acquisition: Increased from 20.5 thousand to 22.9 thousand, a 12% growth.
• Recurring customers share: Rose from 30% to 33%, indicating improved customer loyalty.

This positive development results from a growing partner network and rising demand for beauty and healthcare services in Poland. The company’s embedded finance platform continues to simplify access to financing for patients and clients, supporting faster and more convenient service. The growth was also influenced by customer trust and brand recognition, as well as direct marketing efforts.
