PIERER Mobility AG: Restructuring plans for KTM AG, KTM Components GmbH, and KTM Forschungs & Entwicklungs GmbH are legally binding

The Regional Court of Ried im Innkreis has confirmed the restructuring plans for KTM AG, KTM Components GmbH, and KTM Forschungs & Entwicklungs GmbH after the two-week appeal period expired. This means that the restructuring proceedings for the three KTM companies have been successfully completed and concluded. The respective restructuring administrators will transfer the agreed quota of 30% of the recognized claims to the creditors.
