Starnberg, September 29, 2025:

Green Valley Investments Ltd., UK will take a stake in plugilo Inc., a U.S.-based company majority-owned by DCI Database for Commerce and Industry AG. The corresponding agreements were signed. The investment is based on a company valuation of USD 50 million for plugilo Inc. and will include both capital and technology-related contributions. The investment will amount to up to USD 10 million.
