Guess?, Inc. Announces CFO Transition

Guess?, Inc. (NYSE: GES) today announced that Dennis Secor has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer of Guess?, effective August 26, 2024. Mr. Secor is a proven finance leader with deep knowledge of the apparel industry, and has previously served as Guess? CFO from 2006 to 2012. He will succeed Markus Neubrand, who is stepping down to pursue another opportunity that will bring him closer to his family.

Guess? has initiated a search for its next Chief Financial Officer, who is expected to be based out of the Company’s headquarters in Lugano, Switzerland, with the assistance of an executive search firm. Mr. Neubrand will remain at Guess? through September 30, 2024, to facilitate a seamless transition.
