Keyera Announces Second Quarter 2025 Dividend

CALGARY, AB, May 14, 2025 /CNW/ - Keyera Corp. (TSX: KEY) ("Keyera") announced today a quarterly cash dividend of $0.52 per common share for the second quarter of 2025. The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2025, to shareholders of record on June 16, 2025. This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada). For non-resident shareholders, Keyera's dividends are subject to Canadian withholding tax.
