• Morgan Stanley 17th Annual Latin America Executive Conference, taking place from April 2 to April 3, 2025, at the Park Lane Hotel in New York City.
  
  
• 2025 Jefferies Latin American Summit, taking place from April 8 to April 9, 2025, at the New York Palace Hotel in New York City.

Additionally, Eilif Serck-Hanssen, President and CEO of the Company, will deliver a presentation with analysts and investors at the Morgan Stanley Brazil Education Corporate Access Day, taking place on April 15, 2025, at Morgan Stanley offices in São Paulo. The presentation is scheduled to begin at approximately 10:00 AM EST.
