McCormick Declares $0.45 Quarterly Dividend

HUNT VALLEY, Md., Sept. 30, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE:MKC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share on its common stocks, payable October 27, 2025, to shareholders of record October 14, 2025.

This is the 101^st year of consecutive dividend payments by the Company.
