Publication of the 2023 annual report

The 2023 annual consolidated financial statements of the Solutions30 Group were certified with an unqualified opinion. They were approved by the company' Management Board and examined by the Supervisory Board.

The annual report at December 31, 2023 has been made available to the public and filed in the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) and the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF). It includes the financial report and the report on corporate governance and internal control.

The report is available on the Solutions30 website (www.solutions30.com), in the Investors section, under Publications / Financial Reports.
