S&P Dow Jones Indices Announces Changes to the S&P/TSX Composite Index

TORONTO, June 17, 2025 /CNW/ - Following the completion of the plan of arrangement between Equinox Gold (TSX: EQX) and Calibre Mining (TSX:CXB) resulting in the combination of the two companies. Each share of Calibre Mining will be exchanged for 0.35 new Equinox Gold shares. In expectation of final closing conditions being met, Calibre Mining's shares will be removed from the S&P/TSX Composite Index prior to the open of trading on June 23, 2025. The shares outstanding of Equinox Gold will be increased at the same time to reflect the issuance of shares.
