Scotia Global Asset Management announces sub-adviser changes

TORONTO, Aug. 14, 2025 /CNW/ - Scotia Global Asset Management today announced that Aristotle Capital Management LLC will be appointed as sub-adviser for Scotia Wealth U.S. Value Pool and Victory Capital Management Inc. will be appointed as sub-adviser for Scotia Wealth International Equity Pool. These changes are effective on or around September 15, 2025.

There will be no change to the investment objectives of these funds as a result of these changes.
