American Vanguard Declares Quarterly Dividend

American Vanguard Corporation (NYSE: AVD) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.03 per share of the company’s common stock to shareholders of record as of December 29, 2023, for distribution on January 12, 2024.
