B. Riley Financial Completes Redemption of 6.375% Senior Notes due 2025

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 28, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- B. Riley Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ: RILY) ("B. Riley" or the "Company"), a diversified financial services company, today announced that it has completed the redemption procedures of all the issued and outstanding 6.375% Senior Notes due February 28, 2025 (NASDAQ: RILYM) (the "Notes").

The redemption date for the Notes is February 28, 2025 and the Notes were redeemed at 100% of their principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest (the "Redemption Payment"). The Notes have ceased trading on the NASDAQ following the redemption.
