Cousins Properties Announces Its Third Quarter 2024 Common Stock Dividend

ATLANTA, Sept. 17, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Properties (NYSE: CUZ) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.32 per common share for the third quarter of 2024.  The third quarter dividend will be payable on October 15, 2024 to common shareholders of record on October 3, 2024.
