artnet is in talks with two investors regarding a potential takeover offer New York/ Berlin, 10 April 2025 – In response of today's publication of Weng Fine Art AG, artnet AG ("Company") announces that it is in talks with Art Technology Holding Inc. and another potential investor. Both investors are currently evaluating a possible voluntary public takeover offer to the shareholders of the Company with a consideration of at least EUR 11.00 per share of the Company. The outcome of the talks is currently open. It is not yet clear whether they will ultimately result in a takeover offer. The Company will inform the capital market and the public about the further proceedings in accordance with the legal requirements. End of Inside Information
