EQS-Adhoc: Daimler Truck Holding AG: Supervisory Board decides on personnel changes in the Board of Management

At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of Daimler Truck Holding AG appointed Karin Rådström as the new Chairwoman of the Board of Management with effect from October 1, 2024. Karin Rådström has been a member of the Board of Management since December 1, 2021 and will for the time being remain responsible for the regions Europe and Latin America and the Mercedes-Benz Truck brand until her succession will be decided. Karin Rådström has been appointed to the Board of Management until 2029.

The current Chairman of the Board of Management, Martin Daum, will resign from his position as Chairman of the Board of Management prematurely by mutual agreement on September 30, 2024, and leave the Board of Management of Daimler Truck Holding AG at the end of December 31, 2024, shortly before the end of his regular term of office. Until then, Martin Daum will as a member of the Board of Management retain his responsibility inter alia for the areas of Financial Services, Daimler Buses and IT.
