GFT Technologies SE announces guidance 2025

Stuttgart, March 5, 2025 – The Administrative Board of GFT Technologies SE today approved the planning for the financial year 2025. Accordingly, GFT expects revenue growth by 7 percent to EUR 930 million and a decline in adjusted EBIT by 12 percent to EUR 68 million for the financial year 2025. EBT is forecasted to decrease by 8 percent to EUR 60 million.

The revenue and adjusted EBIT guidance is in line with market expectations, while the EBT guidance significantly falls below market expectations. Higher investments, additional efficiency measures, and higher contributions to social security systems across various countries are having a negative impact on both, adjusted EBIT and EBT.

In the financial year 2024, according to preliminary calculations, GFT achieved a 10 percent revenue growth, reaching EUR 870.92 million (2023: EUR 788.87 million) and a 6 percent increase in adjusted EBIT to EUR 77.44 million (2023: EUR 73.33 million). As expected, EBT declined by 4 percent to EUR 65.01 million (EUR 68.00 million). Both earnings figures benefited from a positive one-off gain of EUR 10 million in 2024.
