EQS-Adhoc: mVISE AG: Debt waiver in favour of mVISE AG

In the course of the replacement of all bank liabilities (see ad hoc announcement of 29 January 2025), the consortium around Finanzhaus-Main Tauber (FHMT) is now actively taking a further step. As an additional expression of trust in mVISE AG and as documentation of the intensification and long-term support, the consortium has today effectively declared the active waiver of claims in the amount of almost EUR 300,000 in favor of mVISE AG. According to FHMT, this should also be seen by the management of mVISE as recognition for the very successful financial years 2023 and 2024. The debt waiver significantly reduces mVISE AG's liabilities and will be recognized as extraordinary income in the 2025 financial year.
