EQS-Adhoc: Nakiki SE: Update on Capital Increase: Binding Subscription Commitments from External Investors for 40% of the Issue Volume

Frankfurt am Main, February 12, 2025 – Nakiki SE (ISIN: DE000WNDL300) announced yesterday a capital increase against cash contributions with subscription rights for existing shareholders. During the accompanying roadshow with semi-institutional investors, the transaction generated interest.
As a result, Nakiki SE’s management board has already received binding subscription commitments amounting to EUR 200,000 for shares that are not subscribed through subscription rights or oversubscription by existing shareholders. This corresponds to approximately 40% of the maximum issue volume.  

The subscription offer acceptance period will end no earlier than two weeks after the publication of the subscription offer. Further details on the capital increase can be found in the subscription offer, which will be published in the Federal Gazette.
