CLIQ Digital AG completes the share buyback

Düsseldorf, 6 January 2025: In the period from 30 December 2024 up to and including 3 January 2025, a total of 4,625 shares were acquired as part of the share buyback of CLIQ Digital AG.

The start of the share buyback was announced on 27 February 2024 in accordance with Art. 5 para. 1 lit. a) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, Art. 2 para. 1 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.

With these transactions, the share buyback was completed on 3 January 2025. The total number of shares which have been bought back within the framework of this share buyback in the time period from 28 February 2024 until and including 3 January 2025 amounts to – as announced on 27 February 2024 – 646,871 shares. This corresponds to 9,93 % of the share capital. The purchase price paid at the stock exchange was in average EUR 8.4824 per share (excluding incidental costs). The buyback volume thus amounts to a total of EUR 5,487,039.71.

The acquisition of the shares of CLIQ Digital AG was carried out by an investment bank commissioned by CLIQ Digital AG exclusively in Xetra trading on Deutsche Börse AG.
