April 17, 2026, Berlin – Delivery Hero SE (“Delivery Hero”), the world’s leading local delivery platform, notes that Uber has acquired additional 13,582,342 shares of Delivery Hero from Prosus, representing approximately 4.5% of Delivery Hero’s issued capital.
