LOS ANGELES, CA - November 4, 2025 (NEWMEDIAWIRE) - US Nuclear Corp (OTC: UCLE), is pleased to announce that the Company has Replaced the Audit Firm of Fruci & Associates II, PLLC, with Simon & Edwards LLP, Effective October 29, 2025.
