Invitation to presentation of NORBIT's fourth quarter and preliminary annual results 2023, 15 February 2024

Trondheim, Norway, 9 February 2024: NORBIT, a global provider of tailored technology to carefully selected applications, will announce its results for the fourth quarter of 2023 on Thursday 15 February 2024. As part of the presentation, the company will also announce its strategic and financial plan for the period 2024 and beyond.

The interim report for the fourth quarter and the presentation material will be available from 07:00 am CET at the company's homepage, www.norbit.com and Oslo Stock Exchange's news site, www.newsweb.no.

CEO Per Jørgen Weisethaunet and CFO Per Kristian Reppe will present the results at 09:00 am CET.  The presentation will be hosted by Arctic Securities via a live webcast.
