(Nasdaq: LGHL) ("LGHL" or the "Company") today announced that the Company has acquired additional SUI tokens, bringing the total combined purchase price of its HYPE, SOL and SUI holdings to approximately $9.6 million. These tokens form a core part of LGHL's strategic treasury reserve dedicated to next-generation Layer-1 blockchain ecosystems.

As of July 23, 2025, LGHL's treasury holdings include:

• Hyperliquid (HYPE): 128,929 tokens
• Solana (SOL): 6,629 tokens
• Sui (SUI): 1,015,680 tokens
