Overton Moore Properties Hires Felix Vollrath as Senior Vice President, Acquisitions and Development

New SVP to Lead Industrial Investing in Southern California and Phoenix Markets

LOS ANGELES, July 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Overton Moore Properties (OMP), a leading real estate investment and development firm in the western U.S., is pleased to announce that Felix Vollrath has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President, Acquisitions and Development, responsible for spearheading the firm's industrial investment and development activities across Southern California and Phoenix.

In this new role, Mr. Vollrath will lead sourcing, structuring, and execution of industrial investment and development opportunities on behalf of OMP's core-plus, value-add and opportunistic clients and partners. He will be based in OMP's headquarters in Torrance, CA, reporting directly to Pete Cassiano, Partner and CIO.

Mr. Vollrath brings over eight years of experience in industrial real estate investment and development. Prior to joining OMP, he was a Vice President at Rexford Industrial Realty (NYSE: REXR), where he led the acquisition of over $2 billion of industrial real estate in Los Angeles, including both existing assets and development opportunities.

Mr. Vollrath holds a Masters of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School and is an active member of SIOR and NAIOP.
