EQS-Adhoc: Traumhaus AG adjusts forecast for 2023

The management board of Traumhaus AG is correcting the forecast for the 2023 financial year to a sales range of EUR 115 to 125 million and an EBITDA minus EUR 2.9 million to slightly positive.

Traumhaus AG's earnings situation is deteriorating overall due to lower sales in the high-margin real estate business, higher construction costs across various projects and significantly extended project cycles, which also have to be accompanied by higher and longer pre-financing.

The reason for this is the massive economic downturn in the housing construction sector, which can be attributed to rising interest rates, inflation, a lack of government support and the uncertainty among buyers caused by wars in Ukraine or now, in the Middle East.
