The European Investment Bank (EIB) has informed Vulcan Energy Resources Limited (Company) that the Company has passed the EIB's preliminary assessment for debt financing and has advanced to the stage of considering a financing proposal of up to EUR 500 million. The announcement has just been made via a publication on the EIB's website.

The decision does not yet constitute a definitive financing commitment. Possible financing by the EIB is subject to final due diligence, credit approvals, the conclusion of contractual agreements and approval by the EIB's governing bodies.
