Deutsche Wohnen Publishes Preliminary Results for 9M 2023

Berlin, November 3, 2023. Following the nine months’ interim results of its majority shareholder, Vonovia SE, Deutsche Wohnen SE publishes the following KPIs for the first nine months of the financial year 2023. The numbers are preliminary.

During the first nine months, Deutsche Wohnen SE generated an Group FFO of € 456.3 million (€ 1.15 per share). The Adj. NAV amounted to € 18,602.0 million (€ 48.86 per share).

The publication of the final numbers for the first nine months of the financial year 2023 is scheduled for November 7, 2023.
